West Bridgford Hallway & Landing
This hallway now sets the tone for the clients lovely art filled, colourful home.
This hallway and landing has had a full refurb. A neutral but warm wall and ceiling paint colour lets the features do the talking and the blue painted ceiling on the landing connects the spaces, adding drama. The painted banisters and stairs enhance the original stair case. Taking into consideration the clients love of mid century we added some iconic lighting. We re-instated some original features, adding in a Victorian radiator in keeping with the house. Removing the carpet and sanding back the original floor boards. We reframed some of their artwork to give it a fresher feel. And a beautiful runner and carpet on the landing add colour and texture and a hi end finish. Mixing up with design features from different eras adds character and reflect the clients tastes very nicely!
