A full design consultation - understanding your brief, design concepts - including space planning and layout, a full room/house design in the form of mood boards, elevation and visuals plus shopping list schedules. With the added support of Project Co-ordination & Project Procurement.
STAGES:
Design Consultation Initial meeting including site survey. Each project is individual, at the heart of all our designs are our clients’ vision, personality and taste. The initial meeting is a critical part of design process, primarily to get to know you and establish the perimeters and scope of your brief, your aspirations for the space and discuss budgets. No two briefs are the same and, naturally, everyone has a different vision for their living space. We like to get to know you and your interior ideas, before we put your proposal together.
Design Concept Assessing furniture and layout allows you to make the most of your space. The scale floor plans we produce take your space into consideration and may propose new layouts and potential storage ideas. Once we have discussed your initial ideas of how you want your room(s) to look, and obtained a full brief, we will communicate our vision into a space plan, mood boards, elevations & visuals. This can include paint colours, furniture, wall coverings, materials, flooring, accessories, window treatments, fabrics and any bespoke pieces.
Personalised Shopping list Schedule As we are well immersed in the world of interiors, we can advise the best places to source furniture, artwork and accessories that suit the budget. We will provide costs on all items and materials and full details of the recommended products, all of which you can access on our easy-to-use online portal.
Procurement & Project Co-ordination In addition to the Design Concept & Personalised Shopping List Schedule. A busy work and family life can mean you don’t have the time to be involved in the day-to-day implementation of your design project. Make use of an end-to-end service, we can take the pressure off. This includes procurement, trade discount savings, managing budgets, co-ordination of trusted trades, liaising with suppliers & makers, coordinating deliveries and helping you put the finishing touches to your home.
