HMO Rental - Seely Project
Updating and refreshing the communal areas of this house of multiple occupancy. Creating a welcoming and playful interior to appeal to the target market. The designs needed to be stylish but hardwearing and practical.
The multipurpose main communal room works as a living and dining area. The zones were broken up using colour blocking. Adding colour to the ceiling adds drama and texture was added to neutral walls using wallpaper.
