1930s House - Family Snug
The client wasn’t afraid to go dark in this small space. Painting it in Farrow and Ball Stiffkey Blue created a cosy feel. The large L shape sofa is big enough for the whole family and also converts into a sofa bed for kid’s sleepovers.
The gallery wall above creates interest and displays family memories and features a large industrial H, the family’s surname.
The mid-century sideboard looks beautiful and also hides away the kids gaming consoles and ‘stuff’ but is easy to access as it has sliding doors which was essential in a small space.
The rug and cushions add colour, pattern and texture creating a room a relaxing room that reflects the family’s personality.
